Sean is an Associate Attorney at Hardee, Piñol & Kracke, practicing primarily in the areas of family law and criminal defense. Sean was later accepted into the University of Idaho College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate.. While attending the College of Law, Sean was awarded for writing one of two best briefs in the 2019 annual McNichols Moot Court Competition, received a CALI Excellence Award in Advanced Legal Research, and made the Dean’s List every qualifying semester. Sean also accepted two legal externships working in the Ada County Public Defender’s Office, and Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office where he worked under a limited license.. Thereafter, Sean took a position as an Assistant County Attorney representing the El Paso County Department of Human Services in Dependency & Neglect cases. In this role, Sean provided legal advice to the Department, conducted ongoing training to the Department as a whole, and represented social workers in court in child protection actions brought by the State. As a result, Sean is knowledgeable in matters concerning paternity, parental rights, terminations, custody, and the best interests of the child..
