I have served clients in North Idaho for over 34 years with my work in real estate, business and commercial transactions, corporate law, and government relations. I was an Idaho State Senator from 1989 to 1994 and served as Assistant Minority Leader in 1993-1994. I was appointed by the Idaho State Bar to a six-year term on the Idaho Judicial Council, completing my service in 2005.. I handle a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as counseling numerous small to national-sized companies on issues including contracts, commercial transactions, real estate acquisition and development, employment matters and corporate law..
