If you asked Chad’s family, friends, and colleagues about what drives Chad to work tirelessly through the night, they would likely say that 1) he cares about his family and 2) he cares just as much about the employees that depend on him.. This dedicated passion for workers’ rights comes from being raised in a union home in Louisville, Ky. and having parents that taught him inclusivity, integrity, compassion, and to put others before himself. Furthermore, Chad’s passion for workers’ rights also stems from his experiences working since he was 15. Like many, Chad worked multiple jobs (i.e retail, fast food, delivery driver, laborer, manufacturer) in order to provide for his family and pay for college. In fact, when Chad began his first semester at University of Louisville School of Law, he was also employed full-time at a Louisville manufacturing plant where he was a night shift union shop-steward. During law school Chad made every attempt to gain opportunities in all things relating to labor and employment law so that he could fulfill his passion to represent workers who need a voice when they need it the most.
