I am the chairperson of the Whitfield & Eddy Law Insurance Law Practice Group and my practice primarily consists of defending cases involving claims against individuals, insurance carriers, businesses, and financial institutions.  Throughout my career, I have tried dozens of cases.  I am licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota, as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals..
