Lindon Bennett Magee is a Ponchatoula native and graduate of Ponchatoula High School. Lindon attended Southeastern Louisiana University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. She was the youngest graduate of the Class of 2011. While at Southeastern, she was consistently on the President’s List, and was awarded the Presidential Honors Scholarship. Lindon was also a member of the Thirteen Club.. Lindon continued her education at Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center where she received her Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law in 2014. Lindon was a recipient of the Chancellor’s Council Scholarship. Lindon spent a summer studying abroad at Jean Moulin University Lyon III in Lyon, France. She also participated in several programs and clinics while at LSU Law, including a Trial Advocacy program, a Family Mediation Clinic and a Juvenile Defense Clinic..
