Fred L. Herman graduated from Loyola University College of Law in 1975. He was a partner with the law firm of Herman, Herman & Katz, a civil litigation and general civil practice firm, through 1987, when he established the Law Offices of Fred L. Herman. Fred founded his personal practice with special emphasis on litigation, business transactions and alternative dispute resolution. He served as Chief Negotiator for Tom Benson for the acquisition of the city’s NFL franchise, the New Orleans Saints.
