Lisa was born in Bangor, Maine, in 1960. Her family has lived in Bangor since the 1890s. She studied at the University of Maine and in Mexico City, Mexico. During her senior year in college, she worked for Olympia Snowe as a congressional intern in Washington, D.C. I earned my J.D. Degree from Maine Law School in 1992.
