Stephanie L. Maddox received her Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2015, graduating cum laude. She received her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2009, making the Dean’s List in her final two semesters.
