She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Maryland State Bar Association Estates and Trusts Section and Elder Law Section, The Florida Bar Trusts and Real Property Section and Elder Law Section.. Her personal approach to planning goes beyond mere legal document preparation. She invests the time necessary to understand individual circumstances, objectives and goals. Furthermore, she works closely with family members, domestic partners and others to facilitate a smooth transition for their loved one.. Prior to her focus on Elder Law and Estate Planning, Ms. Felinton was a Florida Assistant State Attorney and special prosecutor.
