Rima Kikani is a 2014 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and a 2011 graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Prior to law school, she worked as an IRTA Fellow with the National Institutes of Health researching the genetic pathways of retinal degeneration.. While in law school, Ms. Kikani competed for two years on the William McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition Team and placed 2nd Runner Up on brief nationally. She also served as the President of the Moot Court Board and as a teaching assistant for two trial advocacy courses. Reid M. Weinstein was born in New Hyde Park, New York and raised in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Weinstein served as in-house counsel for an insurance company where he litigated numerous personal injury, personal injury protection, insurance coverage, subrogation, and underinsured/uninsured motorist claims throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia.
