Practice Areas: Divorce & Separation
I am prepared to answer your questions regarding family law, divorce, child-related issues, estate planning and consumer bankruptcy.. I graduated from New England School of Law cum laude, in the top 15% of the class and then earned Master of Law degree in Taxation with concentration in Estate Planning from Boston University.  After graduation from law school, I had the honor of serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court in Suffolk, Middlesex, Bristol and Worcester Counties, where my duties included conducting research on complex legal issues, writing legal memoranda, drafting decisions, findings of fact, and conclusions of law while working under close supervision of the Justices.  Currently, I regularly serve as a pro bono attorney for the clients of the MetroWest Legal Services.. I worked full-time while completing my law degree at night.  In law school, after a school-wide writing competition, I was awarded membership onto the New England Journal on Civil and Criminal Confinement, where I served as a Case Comment & Note Editor.  Also, during that time, I worked at the New England Innocence Project, reviewing files of inmates in search of various physical evidence which would make inmates’ acquittals through DNA testing possible.. Before earning my Juris Doctor Degree, I have been in a legal profession for nearly a decade.  I immigrated to the United States in 1993, first settling in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  In 1996, I began working as a secretary in a solo practice that served Russian and Ukrainian immigrants.   Always working full-time and studying, I earned my Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Community College of Philadelphia and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Temple University.. Before immigrating to the United States, I was a ballet dancer, performing for National Opera of the Ukraine, Kiev Classical Ballet Theater and other dance companies in Kiev, Ukraine.

I focus my practice exclusively in the area of Domestic Relations and cover the full spectrum of family law issues.. With respect to Divorce there is a difference between giving up and knowing when you've just had enough.  At this critical point in your life, who you select as your counsel, can make a difference in not only the result but also the person you become in the process of it all. What might feel like a painful end is a whole new beginning.  What if the journey isn't so much about undoing a marriage but about finding out what you are capable of becoming.  I pride myself in enpowering and supporting my clients through this process, not just to receive a great and equitable result but to get them to the other side with strength, power and optimism.. Education:  I attended Northeastern University in Boston and obtained a Bachelors in Science with a double major in Criminal Justice and Political Science. I attended Suffolk University Law School where I obtained my Juris Doctorate Degree, and was admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Bar that same year.

Practice Areas: Divorce & Separation
Family Law touches upon the most vital and visceral aspects of our lives: our children, our spouses, our property, our money, our emotional and psychological well-being. I have found that a strong, zealous and caring advocate is the best weapon when faced with legal changes to familial relationships. I endeavor to be just such an advocate for my clients.. For over a decade I owned and operated a litigation support company  in New York and Boston that assisted trial attorneys in the managment and litigation of their cases.  This gave me the opportunity to see numerous attorneys in practice and what worked (and didn't work) in attorney/client relations and the practice of law.  When I became an attorney myself I brought that knowledge and experience into my own practice.. Contact me if you are facing, or are contemplating, a legal action. You will be pleased with the personalize attention your individual matter receives.
