Yuliya M. Fisher-Nayyer received a B.A. in Government and Psychology from Smith College and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark.. Currently, Attorney Fisher-Nayyer is an active member of the Women's Bar Association.  She has completed several pro bono projects, helping low-income individuals in Family Law and Elder Law cases, for such agencies as: the Volunteer Lawyers Project, CLSACC, the Elder Law Project and the Family Law Project for Battered Women of the Women's Bar Foundation..
