I am a Massachusetts-licensed attorney dedicated to serving the video game, software, multimedia and entertainment industries--developers, publishers, etc. As the founder of Overclocked Legal and a lifelong enthusiast of software, video games, music, and media, I will pursue the advancement of my clients' needs with energetic dedication which springs from a genuine interest in my clients' products and success. I have tried a full case before a MA Probate and Family Court, and have successfully argued motions, performed discovery, and counseled clients in civil matters.. Throughout school, I developed a deep understanding of and affinity for advanced Constitutional law. This is especially true of the First Amendment, as I decided at a very young age that I wanted to spend my life protecting ideas and expression from censorship.
