Tamara Lauterbach Sturges heads the firm’s estate planning and probate and estate administration practices. She works with clients to accomplish their estate planning goals, and she represents clients in family law matters. Her work includes dealing with legal issues that are at the intersection of trusts and estates and family law, such as the preparation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements, advising clients on divorce issues, and collaborating with other family law attorneys on divorce litigation and the drafting of separation agreements.. Tamara serves on the steering committee of the Boston Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section and is the Co-Chair of the Public Services Committee. In her volunteer work at the Cambridge Legal Services and Counseling Center and the Women’s Bar Foundation, she represents victims of domestic violence in family law matters, and she is a mentor for the elder law project at the Women’s Bar Foundation. Tamara is a graduate of Brandeis University and Northeastern University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
