Nick serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and served 10 years, the maximum allowed, on the Board of Governors of the Minnesota Association for Justice (MNAJ). Certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Civil Trial Specialist, Nick is admitted to practice in all Minnesota courts, Federal District Court and the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He has earned the highest legal ability rating by Martindale-Hubbell—the AV rating, indicating “preeminent legal ability, experience, integrity and overall professional excellence.” According to Martindale-Hubbell, Nick was, at the time, the youngest AV rated lawyer in Mankato..
