My proficiency extends to evaluating evidence, applying relevant laws and regulations, and being well-versed in reading and understanding decisions from Immigration Judges through my previous role as a Remote Fraud Investigator and Hearing Officer.. These experiences further sharpened my legal acumen and fortified my passion for the immigrant community, evidenced by my volunteer work with Instituto Del Progreso Latino.. In addition to my specialized work in immigration law, I have navigated the fields of corporate compliance and unemployment investigation, which adds depth and breadth to my legal expertise..
