Brad and Tim have extensive experience in personal injury law and have been successfully representing people in the four state area since 1996.. At Bishop & Hayes, auto accident law is ALL WE DO. Unlike other law offices, we do not spend our energy and resources on other types of injury law. We do not sue doctors. They are often the most important people in proving an injury in an auto accident case. We do not sue local small businesses for worker's compensation or slip and falls. They are often the primary source for proof of a lost wage claim from an auto accident. If your injury is so severe that you are permanently disabled, we will make sure you are fairly compensated for the auto injury, then we will refer you to a social security disability attorney for expertise on the additional claim. IF YOU ARE INJURED IN AUTO ACCIDENT, LOOK THROUGH THIS WEBSITE TO SEE WHY WE ARE:. THE RIGHT ATTORNEYS,. THE RIGHT FEE.. Auto accident attorneys at Bishop & Hayes can help you recover from medical bills and lost wages as well as assist with compensation for pain, suffering, and other losses. You will understandably have many questions. We have answers to these questions and more:. Should I give a recorded statement to the insurance company?. What if the other driver has no insurance?. What is medical payment coverage?. Do I use my health insurance to pay for medical bills?. How long do I have to file a claim?. How much is my claim worth?. Should I sign papers the adjuster sent to me?. Bishop & Hayes, P.C. is a law firm owned by attorneys Brad Bishop and Tim Hayes.
