Tisha Black Chernine is the managing partner of Black & Wadhams. She practices primarily in the areas of complex corporate and real estate transactions. She is has been recognized in Who’s Who Among American Law Students and Who’s Who Among American Lawyers. In 2011, she was chosen as a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers, a nationally recognized publication among attorneys.. Ms. Black Chernine served two years on the Spring Valley Town Board and continues to serve on several advisory panels as well as community boards including St. Jude’s Ranch for Children.
