I also focus a significant part of my practice on business and privilege licensing, including medical and retail marijuana establishments, liquor licensing, gaming licensing, auto dealership licensing and transportation licensing. Melissa has been closely involved with the legal aspects of the emerging cannabis industry in Nevada and assists clients with matters involving medical and retail (recreational) marijuana establishments.. Along with my law degree, I earned a Master’s of Business Administration which allows me to counsel my clients not only as to the legal requirements of starting and owning a business, but the intricacies of running a successful enterprise.
