Bob received his B.A., with high honors in journalism, from Rutgers College, where he was also an Eagleton Institute Associate in the political science department. Bob received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law. He began his legal career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable William H. Huber, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, General Equity Part, of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Toms River..
