Thomas Segalla is a nationally recognized authority on bad faith, reinsurance, and insurance, an . Certified Arbitrator and mediator, and a founding partner of the firm. Rosemarie Riddell Bogdan has concentrated in the area of personal injury law since entering private practice over twenty years ago..
