Rosemarie Riddell Bogdan has concentrated in the area of personal injury law since entering private practice over twenty years ago.. She graduated from Cornell University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree, and from Albany Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 1992.. She is the past President of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association (CDTLA), a not-for-profit corporation with the primary purpose to encourage frequent consultation among its members to promote the profession and to seek to alleviate difficulties that the members may encounter in the course of their practice. She is also member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Albany County Bar Association.. Since her son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at age 3, Rosemarie has been actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), the leading private funder of Type 1 diabetes research. She has served as a Board Member of the Northeastern New York Chapter of JDRF and on numerous committees. Through her volunteer work with JDRF, Rosemarie helps increase awareness regarding Type 1 diabetes and provides support to families with children who are diagnosed with the disease as she believes that Type 1 shouldn’t stop any child from realizing his or her dreams.
