Thomas A. O’Rourke is a founding partner of the firm Bodner & O’Rourke, LLP. Mr. O’Rourke’s practice involves all areas of patent, trademark and copyright law. For over thirty years he has been registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Mr. O’Rourke has counseled clients regarding the procurement and enforcement of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets in a variety of technologies including mechanical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and computer technology. In addition, his practice involves domestic and international technology transfer, acquisition and licensing. He is a member of the bar of the States of New York and California. He has also been admitted to numerous Federal District Courts and Courts of Appeal across the country including the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
