Mr. Fitterer has successfully litigated on the behalf of individuals, small businesses and national corporations.  He has substantial experience litigating contract disputes, consumer fraud claims and has defended various licensed professionals against professional malpractice claims.  In addition to litigation, Mr. Fitterer practices extensively in the transactional and business side of the legal industry, where he has served as counsel to storage facility operators, defense contractors, multi-office real estate brokerage firms, dental, orthodontic, ophthalmologic and orthotist-prosthetist offices throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties..
