Lafferty previously served as Municipal Court Judge for the Boruoghs of Paramus (2005-13), Fair Lawn (2006-2012) and Ridgefield (2013-2016). Previously he served as Municipal Prosecutor for the Boroughs of New Milford, Saddle Brook, North Arlington and Paramus, and the attorney for the Ridgefield Zoning Board of Adjustment.In 2005, he was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the District IIA (Bergen County North) Ethics Committee, and served as Chair during the 2008-2009 term.. 201 Magazine included Mr. Lafferty among "Bergen's Top Lawyers" in its 2013 issue.Mr. Lafferty has served as court-appointed attorney in guardianship proceedings on numerous occasions and has been appointed as Condemnation Commissioner as part of eminent domain proceedings.As a life-long resident of Bergen County, David S.
