He regularly appears before planning boards on land use applications. Additionally, he counsels clients on a variety of environmental regulatory compliance and permitting issues.. A native of New Jersey, Mr. Hopkins is a graduate of Cook College, Rutgers University where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in International Environmental Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School where he was a member of the National Environmental Law Moot Court team. Mr. Hopkins participates in a number of industry organizations including, but not limited to, the National Brownfield Association, the New Jersey Builders Association and the Justice Pollock Environmental Inn of Court. Lastly, Mr. Hopkins is active in the charitable community and serves on the board of a not-for-profit community development corporation which develops affordable housing for local residents.
