Bill represents business and management clients in a broad range of employment and commercial matters. He concentrates on the defense of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, and wage & hour claims (including collective and class actions). He has been successful in all phases of civil practice and was designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney (a distinction limited to less than 2% of the lawyers in New Jersey). Before practicing law, Bill was a risk manager for a Fortune 100 manufacturing company in New Jersey, and a financial analyst for a major New York bank. Bill is currently an Instructor in the Paralegal Studies Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
