Monica has represented clients in all types of immigration cases for over a decade.  She began as an Accredited Representative assisting clients with adjustment of status, family petitions, Naturalizations and U Visa and VAWA petitions.  Today she continues representing immigrant populations as an attorney and has expanded her practice to also include removal defense and other areas of immigration law.. Monica is married and the couple has three children.  Together they enjoy traveling, spending time in the outdoors and exploring the Southwest.
