Mr. Accardi is a graduate of Hofstra University and obtained his law degree from Ohio Northern University. He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association. After a period of general practice primarily in the fields of trusts & estates, family law and criminal law, he entered into the practice of Workers’ Compensation law wherein he represented both claimants and carriers for six years before joining the firm in the year 2000. Shane Farrell began working for MDASR, LLP in 2006 as a summer intern and has been with the firm for the past 11 years. Shane attended Eckerd College where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Literature. Upon finishing his undergraduate degree in  2012 he became a Claims Examiner assisting injured workers in their claims for Worker’s Compensation benefits.  It was this early exposure to assisting disabled workers that inspired Shane to attend Touro Law School. He was active in various student programs which cumulated in serving as the Student Bar Association Evening Vice President during the third year of his law school tenure.
