A native of Grand Forks, William joined the firm as an associate in 2013.. In 2008, he graduated cum laude with a Business Management degree, from Concordia College in Moorhead.. In 2011, William graduated, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota, School of Law. During law school, he was successful in Moot Court and also held leadership positions in the Student Bar Association and Criminal Law Association. While in law school, William gained valuable experience after clerking at a private firm and externing for the Grand Fork’s County State’s Attorney’s Office and for the Honorable Judge Medd.. After law school William practiced law in Bismarck, North Dakota, where he focused on Family Law issues. William continues to specialize in Family Law at Gjesdahl Law.. In his free time, William enjoys tennis, running, golfing, movies, and traveling.
