Misty Lenee Nehing graduated Cum Laude Honor from Minot State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish in May of 2009. Following her graduation from Minot State University, Ms. Nehring graduated with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law, and received her Juris Doctorate degree in May of 2012. Ms. Nehring went on to work for the Williston Public Defender Office defending indigent persons accused of crime and advocated for the return of children to their indigent families pursuant to reunification services. In September 2018, Ms. Nehring graduated from the Trial Lawyer’s College located near Dubois, Wyoming..
