Obtaining combined trial verdicts totaling more than $4.6 Million, and Settlements far beyond that figure, Mr. Young's trial experience has been recognized by his peers through an invitation and election into the membership of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He has further been recognized by a Supreme Court Justice with a nomination and appointment to the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Legal Education Opportunity. He was also appointed by a Federal Judge to serve on the Magistrate Selection Committee for the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. He has received numerous additional judicial appointments to serve as a Delegate to the Conference of the Eighth Judicial District. Mr. Young has also been elected as a Council-at-Large in his home town and has been appointed to and served on a variety of city related boards and committees.
