Jon Starr is the senior partner and shareholder at Starr, Begin & King. He has practiced law in Oklahoma for over 29 years. He was awarded the Lifetime Achievement designation by America’s Top 100 Lawyer. He has served as a board member and President of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, as the Oklahoma Representative to the Defense Research Institute for three years, and as a Faculty Member for the 2012 International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy at Stanford University. He is the CEO of RAILMEN Institute, a 501c3 non-profit, and serves on the board of Plumbline Ministries.
