Oklahomans legalized medical marijuana in June 2018 through the approval of State Question 788 (SQ 788). But I was way ahead of the game. Even before SQ 788 passed, I was a Legal Committee member of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), and I still am today. I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in marijuana law well before SQ 788 passed. And, I have knowledge and experience with the new medical marijuana laws and regulations. I even offer compliance auditing services for Oklahoma medical marijuana dispensaries, growers and processors.. The Bottom Line.
