Thank you for your interest in my profile.  I have been a lawyer 34 years and therecipient of numerous awards and publisher of many articles.  I was the recipient of the Trial Lawyer ofthe Year Award, issued by Trial Lawyers for Public Justice in 1997.   This was in recognition of the work I did inKirkwood v.
