She presented on the subject of the applicability of the I-864 Affidavit of Support in spousal support cases at a joint meeting of the Family Law Section and the Immigration Law Committee of the Philadelphia Bar. Following her time at Berner, Klaw, and Watson, Katelyn practiced immigration law for three years prior to joining Gian-Grasso, Tomczak, & Hufe, P.C.
