Howard C. A sole practitioner for over five years, Mr. Pressman merged his practice with Whelan & Doyle in 2005. Mr. Pressman is a long time member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has been an active participant in the Compulsory Arbitration Program in Philadelphia.
