Ms. Amiotte has practiced law for 23 years in South Dakota, Georgia and North Carolina. She was a law partner at Moore, Rasmussen, Kading & Kunstle, LLP for 11 years in South Dakota, then operated her own law firm for five years in South Dakota and Georgia. She was of-counsel and partner at the law firm of Hall Booth Smith, PC in Georgia and North Carolina for four years and was the legal director of the ACLU of South Dakota, North Dakota and Wyoming for three years.
