A native of Spartanburg and graduate of Spartanburg High, Mr. Turner received a double major from Clemson University. He worked two years as a clerk at Alston & Bird in Atlanta before attending Loyola University School of Law. He completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Sol Blatt, Jr. in the United States District Court. Mr. Turner is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
