Ms. Laura Owings moved to Memphis at the early age of seven. She graduated from Evangelical Christian School in 1998 and received her baccalaureate degree from Baylor University where she was a Provost Scholarship Recipient, 1998-2002. While a law student at the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, Ms. Owings received the Dean's Distinguished Service Award, 2006, and was the William B.
