While a transplant from Florida, I have lived most of my life in the East Tennessee Region. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee and I am a proud alumnus of the University of Tennessee Army ROTC program.. I studied law at Lincoln Memorial University's Duncan School of law and graduated at the top of my class. I practice law at the Law Office of Kevin W. Shepherd and while relatively new to the practice, I put in the extra work to be prepared for everything I do.
