Mr. Irion served as a transactions attorney for the University of Tennessee Research Foundation, where he managed patent portfolios, executed licensing agreements and negotiated contracts in the millions of dollars for the University. Mr. Irion continues his work with the University as an Adjunct Professor at the School of Law.. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Irion worked in the genetics and medical research fields both in the public and private sectors.
