My name is Vince Wilcox. My wife and I have made Middle Tennessee our home for more than 30 years. We met at the University of Virginia where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in religious studies. A few years later, I earned a Masters of Science in education at Old Dominion University, specializing in guidance and counseling. During those years, I worked with students and their families in schools and at churches, striving to increase the quality of life in our communities. After we returned to Nashville in 1984, I was privileged to serve as vice-president at two respected music companies before launching my own management and marketing business several years later. In the early nineties, my wife and I set down roots in Franklin, TN where we have been blessed to raise two talented daughters. We continue to be involved in leadership roles at church and in business.I pursued a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at Nashville School of Law as the next logical step in my entertainment business career. While in law school, I was privileged to serve as an intern with the Office of the Public Defender in Williamson County for three years, representing criminal defendants for two years in a limited capacity under their supervision. After passing the Bar, I was hired as an interim Assistant Public Defender until October 2013, when I was named Coordinator of the 21st Judicial District Drug Court. In April 2014, I became General Manager for Belden Street Music, the parent company for and online subscription services for worship leaders, choir directors and church dramatists seeking resources to glorify God and transform lives.

A Texas native, Andrew received his Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of North Texas and his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law. Andrew’s interest in the entertainment industry began at a young age when he started modeling with the Campbell Agency in Dallas, Texas. He not only modeled, but worked in many areas of the industry including apprenticing for a model management company, shooting photography in the Dallas World Trade Center, and volunteering at the annual DIFFA fashion show raising awareness for HIV/AIDS. The various artists and performers he met during his modeling career, including his talent agent, inspired him to investigate a career in the business side of the entertainment industry. Upon doing so, he became convinced of the need for honest, ethical representation for artists in all fields of entertainment, hence leading him to practice law and specialize in intellectual property.. Andrew is passionate about competitive video gaming and the players involved in Esports, and is constantly working to educate them on the complexities of being a professional athlete. Andrew is sensitive to the fact that sitting down with an attorney can be intimidating. This is why he strives to provide his clients with the most comfortable experience possible. He wants his clients to know that he will help them achieve the best results and will be there for them in the bad times and the good to lend a helping hand. Andrew provides legal counsel in the areas of intellectual property, general business, and entertainment.. Outside of law, Andrew enjoys staying active through skateboarding, reading creative fiction, and visiting all of the local coffee shops in Nashville.. Education. J.D. Texas A&M University School of Law. Concentration in Intellectual Property. B.S., Fashion Merchandising, University of North Texas
