Jonathan was raised in the lower valley and graduated from Clint High School.  Being raised in a working class family and community, Jonathan made the decision to devote his time and efforts to representing the worker’s of El Paso and its surrounding communities.. Since starting his career, Jonathan has gained trial litigation experience trying cases to verdict. Jonathan’s practice has focused on litigating non-subscriber work injury cases, personal injury cases, workers’ compensation retaliation cases under §451 of the Texas Labor Code, third party work injury cases, employment discrimination and retaliation cases under state and federal law, as well as violations of the FMLA and FLSA Overtime cases.
