Mr. RC Pate is a criminal defense lawyer and was born and raised in Corpus Christi. He grew up watching his father in trial as both an attorney and later a Judge. After attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, Mr. Pate moved to San Antonio to attend Trinity University where he received his BA majoring in both physics and religion while receiving minors in mathematics and philosophy.. After Graduating Trinity University, Mr. Pate stayed in San Antonio for a couple years performing as the house band for the local venue, The White Rabbit. After two and a half years at the DA’s Ofce, Mr. Pate left to found the law office of R Pate, a firm focusing on criminal representation.
