Since graduating from Baylor Law School I have been a solo practitioner, as well as a shareholder with Cribbs & McFarland, PC, an Arlington law firm where I handled most of the litigation. I also have handled many matters involving real estate, business and probate that did not involve contested lawsuits.. What do you want to accomplish?" After agreeing on a realistic end-game we can tailor strategy and work towards achieving it. Sometimes it is as straightforward as deciding how their estate is to be distributed in a Will. Other times it is how to handle a lawsuit that has been brought against them, or how to vindicate their rights if they have a claim against someone else.. There is no such thing as a routine matter.
