I am originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana and I began my nearly 16 year tenure as a registered respiratory therapist in healthcare facilities throughout Indiana, Ohio, and eventually Texas, as I was also practicing law.. Samuel Packard was born as the 10th of 13 children. Growing up, he played football, sang in the choir, ran track, and became an Eagle Scout. He was also active in his church and community. After graduating from high school, Samuel lived in Mexico City for almost two years, where he became fluent in Spanish and fell in love with the people and the culture.. After returning from Mexico, Samuel married the lovely and talented Robin Orsak. He finished college and went to law school at the University of Houston.
