After graduation, Tim was recruited to one of the oldest firms in Dallas, Burford & Ryburn, where he represented doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice cases. In 1998, Tim changed the focus of his practice to the representation of seriously injured individuals and their families.. Tim is licensed to practice law in Texas, Colorado and multiple federal courts. Tim is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
