Tim received his B.B.A. from Texas Tech University and his law degree from the University of Houston, which consistently ranks amongst the top health care law schools in the country. After graduation, Tim was recruited to one of the oldest firms in Dallas, Burford & Ryburn, where he represented doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice cases.
