Russell Evans graduated from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa in 1995.  He then returned to Salt Lake City to practice law.  Since that time he has practiced in the following areas: juvenile law, family law, real estate law and bankruptcy.  For the last 13 years, nearly all of his time has been spent working with debtors in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.  He has served on the Bankruptcy Rules Committee for several years and is now serving on the Utah Bankruptcy Law Forum committee.  Russell has been involved with the filing of 1000’s of cases and enjoys helping people reorganize their debt and get a fresh start.  “There is not greater professional satisfaction than to see the look of relief on a client’s face when they realize that all is not lost and that the law has provided a way to help them survive their financial crisis.”.
